1. Important distinction
Quaverontis does not provide gambling, casino games, sports betting, racing bets, paid prize competitions or real-money play. There are no player accounts, balances, wagers, deposits, withdrawals, odds, jackpots or payment facilities on this website.
The Trackside Tee Giveaway is a free promotional merchandise draw. A participant does not buy an entry, stake money or risk anything of monetary value. Nothing on this page should be interpreted as an invitation or recommendation to gamble elsewhere.
2. Why we publish responsible-play information
The shirts and visual design use historical motorsport, Monte Carlo and racing-culture references. Some visitors may associate those themes with casinos or betting. We therefore choose to:
- state repeatedly that this website is informational and free to enter;
- restrict participation to adults aged 18 and over;
- avoid gambling calls to action, deposit prompts and betting language;
- explain how genuine winner contact works;
- provide current, independent help contacts; and
- respond to concerns about content that may be confusing or triggering.
This policy is precautionary. Its presence does not mean Quaverontis operates or promotes a gambling service.
3. What Quaverontis never offers
On quaverontis.com you cannot:
- deposit or withdraw money;
- enter payment-card, bank-account or cryptocurrency details;
- buy a ticket, extra entry, multiplier or improved chance;
- place a bet on a race, driver, team, match or future event;
- play roulette, slots, card games, simulated casino games or instant-win games;
- open a wagering account or receive credit for play;
- purchase any of the displayed merchandise;
- convert a prize into cash through Quaverontis; or
- follow affiliate links to a casino or betting operator.
If you encounter a page or message claiming that Quaverontis offers one of these features, do not provide information or money. Treat it as suspicious and report it to hello@quaverontis.com.
4. How the merchandise draw works
An eligible person submits one free entry during the published entry period. After entries close, invalid and duplicate entries are removed and winners are selected by a random draw. Each confirmed winner receives one physical T-shirt, subject to available design and size. Standard New Zealand delivery is included.
The result is determined only after the entry period closes. Entrants cannot pay to retry, accelerate the result, reveal an instant outcome or change the probability assigned to their valid entry. Full operational details are in the Terms and Conditions.
General information about New Zealand sales promotions is available from the Department of Internal Affairs. Quaverontis’ policy is to keep entry genuinely free and separate from any sale or financial consideration.
5. Adults only
The website and giveaway are restricted to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over. This is a voluntary protective rule reflecting the adult cultural references used in the designs. It is not evidence that the giveaway is a gambling product.
Visitors must confirm they are 18 or older before viewing the promotional home page and again when entering. A provisional winner may be asked for reasonable proof of age and residency. We do not knowingly accept entries from minors. Parents, caregivers and whānau can help by using device-level content controls and discussing why age declarations should be truthful.
6. Recognising possible gambling harm
Although gambling cannot take place on this site, a racing or casino reference may be uncomfortable for someone affected by gambling. Possible warning signs in a person’s gambling elsewhere may include:
- spending more time or money than intended;
- trying to recover losses by continuing to gamble;
- borrowing money, missing bills or hiding financial activity;
- feeling restless, distressed or unable to stop;
- gambling to escape stress, grief or other difficult feelings;
- concealing gambling from whānau, friends or colleagues;
- conflict, sleep disruption or reduced performance connected with gambling; or
- another person expressing concern.
A person does not need to wait for a crisis or identify with every sign before asking for support. Free help is available for people who gamble and for whānau and friends.
7. Practical first steps
If gambling elsewhere is causing concern, consider taking a clear pause and contacting an independent support service. Practical measures may include:
- telling someone you trust what has been happening;
- removing gambling applications, saved payment methods and promotional messages;
- asking relevant operators about account closure or self-exclusion;
- speaking with your bank about available merchant blocks or card controls;
- protecting essential household money and seeking independent budgeting support;
- avoiding attempts to win back losses; and
- making a specific plan with a trained counsellor.
This general information is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. A qualified support provider can help identify options appropriate to the individual situation.

9. Information for whānau and friends
Gambling harm can affect household finances, trust, wellbeing and relationships. If you are concerned about someone else, you can contact the Gambling Helpline yourself. You do not need to prove that the other person has a diagnosis or wait for them to seek help first.
When safe to do so, focus on observable effects rather than labels, avoid lending money to continue gambling, protect essential finances and seek support for your own wellbeing. Specialist services can help you plan a conversation and consider practical boundaries.
10. Giveaway and impersonation scams
A genuine Quaverontis winner is never required to pay shipping, tax, insurance, a processing fee or a deposit. We never request card details, online-banking credentials, passwords, cryptocurrency, gift cards or remote access to a device.
Genuine winner contact comes from an email address ending in @quaverontis.com. Before responding, check the complete sender address rather than only the displayed name. Do not follow payment links in unexpected messages. If uncertain, start a new email to hello@quaverontis.com instead of replying.
11. Controls available from Quaverontis
Because there are no gambling accounts, deposits or play functions, conventional betting limits and gambling self-exclusion tools do not apply here. You can nevertheless:
- leave the website at any time without losing money;
- ask us to withdraw an active giveaway entry;
- request deletion of eligible personal information under the Privacy Policy;
- clear the site’s local browser data as described in the Cookie Policy; and
- ask us to investigate promotional content that appears misleading or inappropriate.
12. Concerns and complaints
Email hello@quaverontis.com with the subject “Responsible play concern” if you believe:
- our website could reasonably be mistaken for a gambling service;
- a Quaverontis message appears to encourage betting or casino play;
- someone is impersonating Quaverontis to request money;
- an under-18 person’s information has been accepted; or
- a support link or phone number is no longer accurate.
We aim to acknowledge a responsible-play concern within five working days. Do not send sensitive health information, bank records or identity documents unless specifically necessary and requested through an appropriate channel.
13. Urgent safety
If someone is in immediate danger or a life-threatening situation, call New Zealand emergency services on 111. Quaverontis email addresses are not monitored as crisis services and cannot provide counselling or emergency intervention.
14. Independence and no endorsement
Quaverontis is not affiliated with the Gambling Helpline, Safer Gambling Aotearoa, Health New Zealand, the Department of Internal Affairs, Formula 1®, Formula One Management, any racing team, casino, betting provider or support organisation. External service names and links are supplied only to help New Zealand visitors find authoritative information.
Quaverontis receives no payment, referral fee or commercial benefit when a visitor contacts a support provider.
15. Review and updates
We review this page when the promotion changes or when authoritative New Zealand support information changes. The date at the top identifies the last review. If you find an outdated detail, please notify us promptly.
