1. Our commitment
Quaverontis aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is considered in the site’s structure, colour contrast, keyboard behaviour, motion, form feedback and written content.
Conformance is an ongoing practice, not a one-time claim. We review the site when material content or functionality changes and respond to specific access barriers reported by visitors.
2. Accessibility features
- A “Skip to main content” link appears when it receives keyboard focus.
- Page regions use semantic headings, landmarks, lists, buttons, links and form labels.
- All essential navigation and entry-form controls can be operated by keyboard.
- Visible focus indicators identify the active control.
- Meaningful photographs include text alternatives; decorative imagery is hidden from assistive technology.
- Text and controls reflow for smaller screens and browser zoom.
- Motion and animated transitions are substantially disabled when the device requests reduced motion.
- Important eligibility and free-entry information is provided as text, not communicated by colour alone.
- The countdown uses readable text labels; the rapidly changing activity estimate is not forced into a screen reader live region.
3. Age confirmation
The home page opens with an age-confirmation dialog for visitors whose browser has not recently recorded a confirmation. Keyboard focus moves into the dialog and remains there until the visitor confirms eligibility. Visitors who indicate that they are under 18 cannot proceed to the promotional page.
Legal and accessibility pages remain directly available so that anyone can review our policies. The age selection is stored in the browser for up to 30 days and can be removed through browser site-data settings.
4. Entry form and validation
Every field has a persistent visible label. Required confirmations are written in full, and errors appear next to the relevant control as well as in a form-level status message. The form does not rely solely on placeholder text or colour to describe required information.
If the form cannot be used because of an access need, email access@quaverontis.com during the promotion period. We will provide a reasonable accessible entry method without charging a fee or reducing your chance of selection. Eligibility and the one-entry limit still apply.
5. Known limitations
The visual design uses large condensed display lettering and decorative motion. Body copy uses a conventional sans-serif typeface, and reduced-motion preferences are respected. Some older browsers may not support all visual enhancements, but the core text, links and form remain available.
The entry form is submitted to a first-party endpoint on quaverontis.com. Network, hosting or browser failures may still prevent a submission. If the endpoint blocks you, contact us for an equivalent manual route.
6. Alternative formats and assistance
You may request the giveaway terms or privacy notice in a more accessible electronic format. You may also ask for help understanding a section. Tell us the page, preferred format and any deadline related to the active giveaway; do not include sensitive medical details.
7. Accessibility feedback
Email access@quaverontis.com with the subject “Accessibility”. Helpful details include:
- the page or step where the problem occurred;
- what you were trying to do;
- your browser, device and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing them; and
- the format or adjustment that would help.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five working days and to provide either a resolution or a meaningful progress update as soon as practicable.
8. Review and testing
This statement was prepared following a review of semantic structure, keyboard navigation, focus order, form labelling, responsive reflow, colour contrast and reduced-motion behaviour. The site should also be tested with current browser and screen-reader combinations before and after material releases.
Last reviewed: 3 August 2026. Next scheduled review: before the launch of the next Quaverontis promotion, or earlier if this site materially changes.
